What a Rental Dossier Includes
- Last 3 pay slips
- Tax report
- CDI contract (preferably after probation — minimum 3 months) or CDD
- For self-employed — last 3 URSSAF statements + tax report
Mandatory requirement: Income of all persons listed on the rental agreement must be at least 3 times higher than the apartment cost.
No French Dossier?
You can provide income from outside France, but a certificate with guarantors will be required.
